Integrated Biomedical, RF Circuits and Systems Lab (iBioRFCASL)
Welcome to iBioRFCASL! We are a research group in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas working on microwave/RF circuits and systems. Particularly we are interested in:
- Wireless neural sensing and stimulation
- Wearable sensors for vital sign monitoring
- Implantable electrochemical sensor
- Electro-textile antenna
- Near-field wireless power transfer
- Low-power transmitter and receiver design
- Bioimpedance measurement
- Analog, mixed-signal and RF integrated circuit design
- Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) for full duplex application
- AI Driven RIS for transmit-reflectarray
- Far-field wireless power beaming for distributed dynamic system
- Electro-mechanical beamforming for endfire phased array antenna
- Beamforming system for vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) wireless communication
Please contact Ifana Mahbub (Ifana.Mahbub@utdallas.edu) if you are interested to join the group!
Dr. Mahbub presented a webinar at the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society
