The D’Arcy lab has:

• recombinant protein expression facilities using either bacterial or baculoviral systems
• low and medium pressure chromatography systems with columns for protein purification
• a UV-Vis spectrophotometer and a SEC-MALS system for protein characterization
• a shared biomolecular imager for fluorescent-based thermodynamic experiments
• a shared screening and visualization robot for crystallization trials
• a mass spectrometer with a sample-handling robot and a cooled chromatography unit for HDX
• an alternative nano-flow chromatography system for non-HDX mass spectrometry analyses
