Dr. Xu Feng is an Assistant Professor of Bioengineering at UT Dallas, an adjunct faculty at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a NIH-FIRST scholar. Before joining UT Dallas, Dr. Feng completed her postdoctoral training at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine at Harvard Medical School and Mass General Hospital, where she developed novel optical coherence elastography (OCE) techniques for in vivo detection of human corneal and skin biomechanics. During her PhD studies at UT Austin, she has advanced the clinical translation of Raman spectroscopy for skin cancer diagnosis.
