Before using the Bambu printers
- Read this entire instruction sheet before operating any printers.
- Watch the required tutorial video made by the student assistant.
- Find the table with a computer specifically reserved for slicing and sending prints to the printers over the internet. The computer is reserved for printing only and has Bambu Studio installed on it to allow for slicing and sending files.
- Failure to follow these steps may result in revoked access to the printers.

Slicing/Programming Your Prints
- .STL, .3mf, or .step files of your model can be uploaded to Bambu Studio for 3D printing.
- To transfer your files to the computer, an SD card or flash drive can be used. If you prefer to email yourself the file or access it online, a shortcut to open an incognito window in chrome is also present on the desktop or taskbar so passwords and site information are not saved.
- Linked below in the QR code is a tutorial video made specifically on using Bambu Studio on the printers. Watching The Video Is a Requirement

- Respect other users, their prints, and the shared space.

- Report any printer malfunctions or failures to Andrew Nacy or Dr. Fadda immediately.
- All slicing and print preparation must be done on the designated workshop computer using Bambu Studio.

- You have read these usage guidelines.
- You have watched the full tutorial video.
- You have confirmed readiness with the student assistant or lab supervisor.
- To retrieve the password
- Email both Dr. Fadda and Andrew Nacy (emails listed below). The email should be addressed to both Dr. Fadda and Andrew and the subject line should be “3D Printer Computer Access.”
