This annotated bibliography explores the dynamic intersection of art, science, and technology, with particular emphasis on how cultural contexts shape AI development and interdisciplinary collaboration. By synthesizing seminal works and recent studies, it illuminates three key themes: the productive fusion of artistic and scientific methodologies, the philosophical and cultural underpinnings of technological innovation, and the varied approaches to AI development across different cultural landscapes. Special attention is given to comparative perspectives between South American and African AI industries, highlighting how diverse cultural values influence technological trajectories and applications.
