MERL CLOSURE UPDATE

MERL is closed for Winter Break (December 9 – January 20). We will reopen in Spring 2025, with new meeting dates and times to be announced.

Our mission is to create and share knowledge in the field of meteoritics through:

  • Formal and informal education on meteorites and what these reveal about the origin and nature of asteroids, planets, and the Solar System
  • Curation and lending of our meteorites for students to study
  • Research about meteorites, planets, and the Solar System
