Hello all!
Welcome back, and happy Valentines day! We hope you’ve been doing well. If you attended the Princess Bride screening, we hope you had a lot of fun! There are no major announcements this week, although we may have something fun in store next week that we’ll inform you about. 😉
Demo of the Week
The demo for this week is the Battle for Bikini Bottom demo on the Dell PC!

Make sure to stop by the lab to play this classic video game from the early 2000s!
Object of the Week
The object of the week is the lab’s Vintage Brownie Camera Collection!

Brownie cameras, on the surface, are not as impressive as vintage computers we have at the lab. They do not contain advanced circuitry or microchips, and can only be used for one purpose: to take photographs. However, the Brownie camera was essentially the very first low-cost, everyday camera, which resulted in them being mass produced. If you are curious, this article from JSTOR goes into more detail about the marketing and history behind the Brownie cameras.
