We are an interdisciplinary group working at the intersection of polymer chemistry, soft materials, and bioengineering. The overall goal of our research is to provide material-based solutions for critical medical needs. By taking inspiration from nature, our research approach emphasizes engineering polymer topological structures to tailor biomaterials properties, achieving intended biological responses in a controlled, efficient, and desired manner. We look forward to translating our research from bench to bedside, ultimately improving the lives of patients.
