Imaging

We develop light-sheet and light-field microscopy for rapid data acquisition, high spatiotemporal resolution, and minimal photodamage. This cutting-edge imaging strategy allows us to capture the micro-structure of the myocardium and cardiac contractile function in animals ranging from zebrafish embryos to adult mice, providing an entry point to investigate the underlying mechanism of cardiac injury and arrhythmias.

Computation

We establish the computational framework including machine learning and extended reality for the high-throughput analysis of imaging results. This platform enables to the enhancement of the efficiency and accuracy of quantitative processing and creates user-directed data interpretation, holding the great potential to assess biomechanical cues and intricate microenvironments.
